Step 1: Situation Assessment.
We begin every engagement with a confidential Situation Assessment. This helps provide context and clarity for your enterprise and the markets you serve and rely upon, and helps us understand where your critical areas of need, challenge, and opportunities are. This step includes analysis of your goals and concerns, and may include a scan of data, policies, and metrics used by or impacting your market or enterprise. For many clients, stale assumptions based on stale pre-recession data have led to unintended challenges and even crisis.
